Picture Frame Art Project

worksheet

Art projects are a great way to help your clients have fun during session. This can help to build group cohesiveness, or act as a reward for children doing a good job during sessions. Of course, there are therapeutic benefits too! Art can help a person develop a positive self-image, develop goals, and improve insight.

Use your creativity with the Picture Frame Art Project. We intend for this printout to be a template that you can use in many different ways, but we'll share some of our favorite ideas:

  • Draw a self-portrait of who you hope to be in the future.
  • Draw two self-portraits: How you see yourself, and how you think others see you.
  • Draw a picture of your dream life.
  • Draw three pictures that represent your past, present, and future.
