Ocean breathing is a simple and fun take on deep breathing, designed for children. Imagery of ocean waves rolling onto shore, and back to sea, helps kids focus on the calming repetition of deep breathing. This professionally recorded audio exercise will help children practice relaxation so they can better manage anger, anxiety, worry, and other uncomfortable emotions.

Suggested Uses

Education: Teach children how to practice deep breathing. In addition to teaching children how to use ocean breathing, be sure to discuss when they should use it!

Practice: Use this exercise at the end of groups to help children relax before moving on to the next part of their day.
