Values Assessment Splash Image
Ages: 15+
Devices: Mobile, Tablet, or Desktop
Topics: Values, ACT
Description

The Values Assessment is an interactive version of the classic values exploration activity. Select your favorite values from a list (or add your own), and then answer a few simple questions about each of them. At the end, you will receive a printable report ranking each of the values you selected.

Suggested Uses

Values Exploration: Help clients better understand what matters to them by helping clarify their values. Discussions about values are a great way to help clients set goals and make important decisions. Several therapies, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), use values as a core component of treatment.

Group Discussion: Encourage your clients to complete the Values Assessment, and use the results as a discussion prompt during group therapy.
