Introduction to Anger Management

The Introduction to Anger Management worksheet has everything you need to get your clients started on the topic of anger. We begin by defining anger (especially, how anger differs from aggression), and then move through topics such as triggers, the expression of anger, and consequences of anger.

The format of this worksheet mimics what you might see in a longer anger management intervention plan. However, because each of these topics are only briefly discussed, we suggest this worksheet be used as an outline, or even review. This worksheet can also be used as an introduction to an anger management group.
