Recognizing Stress

Help your clients begin to recognize the warning signs of stress with the Recognizing Stress worksheet. In this activity, clients will be asked to identify their own physical, emotional, and behavioral stress symptoms. Learning to identify the symptoms of stress is the first step to identifying problems, and making necessary lifestyle changes.

It'll be hard for most clients to come up with a list of symptoms off the top of their heads. We suggest pairing this activity with our Symptoms of Stress handout!
