Managing a group subscription

Group Roles 

Group subscriptions are available for groups of 5 or more users. Your team will choose administrators that can invite and remove users as needed. There are three roles a group user can have: 

1. Primary Admin: Can view the group management page and add or remove members and admins (one per group) 
2. Admin: Can view the group management page and add or remove members (one seat per five members) 
3. Member: Can access all Therapist Aid professional content 

By default, administrators do not have access to Therapist Aid’s professional content. However, an administrator can also be assigned a member role. 

Accessing the Group Management Page 

Administrators can browse to the group management page by pressing "My Account" at the top-right corner of Therapist Aid, and then "Group Management."

Adding a Single Member 

Single member invites allow you to send an invite to a specific person. All you have to do is provide an email address, and we'll send them an email with instructions. 

1. Browse to the group management page by pressing "My Account" at the top-right corner of Therapist Aid, and then "Group Management." 
2. Enter the email address of your recipient under the Single Member Invitation heading, select a role for the user, and press the "Send Invitation" button. 
3. An email will automatically be sent to the recipient. If they haven't received the email after 10 minutes, ask that the recipient checks their spam folder. If they still haven't received it, you can always send them the invitation link yourself. Just press the "get link" button under the Pending Invitations heading. 

Adding Multiple Members 

Mass invitations allow you to send one invitation link to your entire team. This saves you from the trouble of entering each email address one-by-one. 

Anyone with your mass invite link can join your group, so it's best to keep the URL private. You can always delete a mass invite link and generate a new one, if needed. 

1. Browse to the group management page by pressing "My Account" at the top-right corner of Therapist Aid, and then "Group Management." 
2. Press the "Create Mass Invitation" button under the Mass Invitation heading. 
3. Copy the link that appears in the Mass Invitation section. Send this link to your team however you like. 

Once your group members have accepted the invitation, you can return to the group management page to update their group role. 

Removing Members 

1. Browse to the group management page by pressing "My Account" at the top-right corner of Therapist Aid, and then "Group Management." 
2. Scroll down to the Current Members heading. 
3. Press the "remove" button to the right of the member's name.
