Differentiating between ADHD, learning disorders, and behavioral disorders can be difficult due to the disorders similar presentations in school-aged children. A proper diagnosis will often require the review of additional documents such as grades, or reports from teachers.

We've created a tool for just that. The ADHD Checklist for Teachers was designed to be completed by your clients' teachers as a way to gather information about their behavior in school. Simple Likert scale, and several short questions, are used to help gather a well-rounded assessment.
